The Ever-changing  Maudslay

Wood, Forged Steel, Copper, Brass, Bronze

Maudslay is a living breathing entity; shadows of the impending trees and stands of Fauna create loss of sun-light.

In this piece the emphasis of shadows cast that reach deep into that environment and the reciprocal growth that occurs.

Susan has BA in Drawing & Metalsmithing from Southern Illinois University, a MA in  Metalsmithing from Eastern Illinois University & a MFA in Metalsmithing from Montana State University. She has just retired as an Art teacher from Haverhill High School.
