Pray for Rain

Fishing line, repurposed Tyvek envelopes, wood glue

This piece has become about how much I miss the image of steady droplets, the sound of water falling through the branches, the smell of wet earth. Water is the most precious thing we do not possess, next to the air we breathe.

I am an artist/librarian/gardener, busy cultivating my relationship with the natural world at the edge of the woods in Newbury, MA.
