This sculpture symbolizes the effect of this impasse on our future. Today our world is challenged by citizens becoming more divided, which has created an impasse in solving social issues of race, gender, climate change, and the economy.

Susan Gately is a fiber artist, currently eco-printing leaves onto wool, silk, and cellulose fibers; Brandi Gately is a high school student working with watercolors and acrylics. Susan and Brandi will be presenting for the second time at this event.
